First of all, you will need to set up Google Analytics (GA) for your website. Since you're reading a post about a CRO, I'll assume you're already doing this. Don't worry if you don't, Haram has covered you.
Once you've set up your GA, go to your account, go to the Admin tab, click Tracking Info> Tracking Codes, and you'll see the Website Tracking box with the GA code as shown below. Will be done.
Copy this code and put it in a safe place as you will need it later. I usually paste it into Notepad and save it to an incredibly organized desktop.
