Thanks to the words of the fakir, Sikandar undertakes a new life. He enrolls in a police academy and, after graduation, becomes a police officer. While on a routine patrol, Sikandar rescues a woman, forced into prostitution by thieves; sympathetic police save her from the thieves but are paid only half their regular salary to cover for their efforts. Sikandar sets up his own police station but, as a result of the game of polo, is forced to hand in his badge to the commissioner, Bhai (Javed Sheikh), citing the need for him to focus on taking care of his son, Preeto. As a favor to his old friend, Pratap Singh Bhai (Jackie Shroff), he is given back his badge and a commission. After some initial trouble, he witnesses the rape and murder of a young woman and acquires information which he presents to Commissioner Bhai. Singh Bhai writes a letter to Prithviraj (Kulbhushan Kharbanda), the local politician, calling for justice; Singh Bhai is later found dead, gunned down in Sikandar's office.
Believing Bhai to have been framed as a stool pigeon, Sikandar takes up private investigations. Over time, his friend Hardik Bhatia (Arti Singh) asks him to find his sister, Sonali (Sudha Chandran), who has mysteriously gone missing. A mastermind of a powerful but now-overturned gang, Bia (Anita Kanwal), is responsible. Sikandar discovers that Bia has not just kidnapped Sonali, but has also kidnapped Soni (Sanjh Niraj) and Jaya (Sudha Chandran), two young women who are sisters of Hardik's friend, Raj (Heera Rai). Soon afterwards, soni is found dead, strangled in a house believed to be Bia's own. When Sikandar discovers that the girls are being blackmailed by Bia for information on her gang activities, he helps them escape, along with Raj, the convict, who has been brainwashed by Bia into assisting her in various illegal activities.
The musical score of this film was composed by the maestro Khayyam. These are the songs from Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, whose 1997 audio CD album is itself a very well-known and successful product of this film. 7211a4ac4a
